Established in the spring of 2009, our company has grown from humble beginnings to become a leading provider of lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal solutions.

Our story began in the winter of 2008 when our founder, Matt, suffered a severe hand and leg injury that forced him to rethink his business, Premier Firewood Distribution. Prior to the accident, the focus was primarily on firewood production and snow removal operations. However, the situation called for a change in direction and a revamp of the services offered.
With resilience and determination, Matt transformed the company into P.F.D. Property Maintenance, shifting the focus to lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal operations. Drawing from his previous experience in the landscape industry, Matt returned to work as a laborer and manager, leading the company with unwavering dedication.

As the years went by, P.F.D. Property Maintenance became a true family affair. In the summer of 2015, Matt’s oldest daughter joined the team, contributing her skills to the lawn mowing operations. Matt’s two sons, inspired by their father’s perseverance, took an interest in the equipment maintenance aspect of the business, helping bring firewood production back online. Today, both sons are skilled equipment operators for snow and lawn operations.
